Cancellation and Rescheduling

- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged as a completed session
- No-shows will be counted as completed sessions

Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied after your first paid session, we offer a full refund. Beyond the first session, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Unused sessions in programme packages may be refunded at our discretion.
